The Finesse II+ from the american company Utah Medical is an electrosurgery generator that has been specifically developed for performing LEEP-LETZ loop excisions of the cervix. Fully automatic control of frequency range, amperage and fume extraction ensures optimal ease of use and safety. You don’t need to set anything up and can start cutting and coagulating right away in an accurate, safe and controlled way.
Fully automatic, so always the right power for cutting and coagulating
What is unique is that the FINESSE II+ type has been specially developed for gynaecology. LETZ or LEEP procedures can be carried out with the greatest possible precision. The mixed cutting mode provides the best balance between adequate hemostasis at the cervix and minimizing the thermal damage of the sample.
With the FINESSE+ you can also perform skin excisions that are ideally done with a pure cutting mode. The Finesse+ has a cut mode selector switch (pure cut and three blended cut modes)
Comfortably and with little resistance, you can cut and coagulate very precisely.
Integrated fume extraction with automatic activation
For the benefit of the health of patients and the medical team, UTAH’s electrosurgical devices are standard equipped with an integrated fume extraction system that is activated as soon as the active electrode is switched on. In this extraction system, a three-layer filter is installed, including a carbon filter, which, in addition to the harmful substances, also absorbs the odor of coagulated tissue and thus prevents the spread of the unpleasant air.
LETZ specially coated speculums with evacuation port
